CountMatters (formerly IMAS Group) was founded in 1989 by Peter Nicolaus, who continues to serve as a valued member of the board. In 2024, Peter Thomsen assumed the role of Chairman of the Board and now also serves as the company’s CEO, guiding its strategic vision and growth.
CountMatters is the parent company of multiple subsidiaries operating under the CountMatters brand. In addition to its direct operations, the company collaborates with an extensive network of partners who rely on its services to deliver value to their clients.
